Legal Counsel
Legal Counsel Krzysztof Dąbrowski graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdańsk. He also completed post-graduate studies on property appraisal at the Faculty of Management of the University of Gdańsk and post-graduate studies on Urban Development Management at the faculty of Architecture of Gdańsk University of Technology. Knowledge in the field of real estate has been enhanced during the internship for candidates for certified property valuators organized by Pomeranian Association of Certified Property Valuators (Pomorskie Towarzystwo Rzeczoznawców Majątkowych). The subsequent stage of education was legal apprenticeship in Pomeranian Bar Chamber (Pomorska Izba Adwokacka), concluded with lawyer’s exam and obtaining qualifications to work in advocate’s profession.
Vast experience along with comprehensive, not only legal, education guarantees the high quality of services rendered by the Law office. Interpersonal and social skills of the advocate are helpful in reaching satisfying compromise during the process of negotiations.
During his professional career advocate Krzysztof Dąbrowski handled the cases within:
commercial law (drawing up agreements, participating in negotiations, preparing applications for registration of companies in National Court Register, participation in shareholders’ meetings of limited liability companies as the shareholders’ representative, maintaining court disputes between entrepreneurs),
civil law (litigation, proceedings of co-ownership dissolution, proceedings of confirmation of inheritance acquisition, legitimate proportion proceedings, drawing up agreements),
family law (representation in divorce proceedings, division of joint property of spouses, petition for child maintenance and of revocation of maintenance obligation),
criminal law (defending suspects and defendants in proceedings by the police and prosecutor’s office, courts of first and second instance, enforcement proceedings on conditional early release, respite of a penalty, erasure of conviction, representation of persons being victims of crime),
administrative law (lodging appeals on administrative decisions, complaints for provincial administrative courts, cassation appeals for Supreme Administrative Court), legal counsel on infrastructure investment project for the purpose of constructing high-pressure pipeline in Pomeranian voievodship and in legal due diligence in a transport company from Katowice.
